A unique and interesting partnership between Project Nanhi Kali and Titan Company Limited recently concluded an exciting 90-day journey that led to sponsorship of education of over 11,000 girls studying in primary schools across 9 states in India.
Rana Uppalapati, a second-generation Titan business associate and an international skater completed his mission titled ‘Titan ECHO’ (Educate to Carry Her Onwards) on December 19th, 2018. With the aim to ‘Educate to Carry Her Onwards’, Rana’s initiative involved skating 6000 kilometres across the Golden Quadrilateral of India while raising funds and awareness on girl child education and child safety along the way. The campaign came to an end on December 19th, 2018 with a closing ceremony in Bengaluru.
