Proud Fathers For Daughters photo shoot held in aid of girl child education

As part of a unique initiative titled Proud Fathers For Daughters, ace photographers Atul Kasbekar, Jaideep Oberoi and Colston Julian came together to support the cause of girl child education by raising funds for Project Nanhi Kali. The three photographers captured precious moments between 165 father – daughter pairs on August 1st & 2nd, 2015 in Mumbai. Gracing the occasion was actor Arjun Rampal with his daughters, Mahikaa and Myra, who lent their support by posing for the expert lenses of the photographers.

The second edition of this event saw various industry leaders and top celebrities come together to help the cause. Several underprivileged Nanhi Kalis also received the opportunity to get photographed with their fathers which made the event a memorable one for the girls. This was made possible by a generous donation from India’s ace tennis player, Leander Paes. All the proceeds from the event will be used to educate hundreds of underprivileged girls across India.
