#GirlEpidemic short film wins CNN Expose Best Film Award

Girl Epidemic, our short film on the epidemic of girl trafficking in India, was honoured with the CNN Expose Best Film Award. We are extremely proud that this movie is creating international about this long-neglected cause.

With Indrani Pal-Chaudhury, international award-winning photographer and director; Quincy Jones, Head Judge of PSA Expose; Tony Shiena, Founder of PSA Expose; and Scoot Goodson, Founder and CEO of StrawberryFrog, a global cultural movement firm, this movie sheds light on how the issue of girl-child trafficking is turning into an epidemic and threatens to soon engulf our entire country. A short 1-minute movie, it captures the terror that girls suffer while they are kidnapped and trafficked, and despite their screams and cries for help, no heed is paid to their misery.
