Mr. KESHUB MAHINDRA
Mr. Keshub Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., is a graduate from
Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, USA After joining the Company in 1947, he became
the Chairman in 1963. Over five decades, his continuous involvement has enabled
the Mahindra Group to reach where it is today. A philanthropist at heart he has
redefined corporate governance within the Mahindra Group by effectively channelising
funds into the social sector. He was also appointed by the government of India on
a number of committees including the Sachar Commission on Company Law & MRTP;
Central Advisory Council of Industries etc. Today, he is an icon, an inspiring business
leader and a distinguished corporate citizen that everyone looks up to.

Mr. ANAND GOPAL MAHINDRA
Mr. Anand G. Mahindra, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Mahindra & Mahindra
Ltd., graduated from Harvard College, Cambridge, Massachusetts, Magna cum Laude
(High Honours). In 1981 he secured an MBA degree from Havard Business School, Boston,
Massachusetts. In 1997, he was appointed Managing Director of Mahindra & Mahindra
Ltd., the country's dominant producer of off-road vehicles and agricultural tractors.
He has since been engaged in a comprehensive change programme in Mahindra &
Mahindra Ltd. to make the company an efficient and aggressive competitor in the
new liberalised economic environment in India. In 2003, he was given additional
responsibility of Vice Chairman. Apart from being the recipient of many prestigious
awards, Mr. Anand Mahindra has held key positions in a number of important institutions
such as CII & ARAI. A strong campaigner for 'education for all', he is on the
Board of Governors of the Mahindra United World College of India

Mr. BHARAT N. DOSHI
Mr. Bharat Doshi, Executive Director of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. & Group
CFO, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Master's Degree in Law from the Bombay
University, and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Doshi joined Mahindra &
Mahindra Limited in 1973 and has held various senior managerial positions over the
past 33 years and was elevated to the company's Board in 1992. Mr. Doshi is very
actively involved with the work of several chambers of commerce and industry in
India and is a member of various expert committees, which influence economic and
business policies of the government. Mr. Bharat Doshi was adjudged 'India's Best
CFO' by the leading business fortnightly "Business Today" (India Today
Group Publication) in April 2005 and was also named 'CFO of the year' by HSBC &
CNBC in 2007.

MR. ULHAS N. YARGOP
Ulhas N. Yargop
President, IT Sector
Member, Group Management Board
Ulhas joined the Mahindra Group in 1992. He has worked since then as General Manager
- Corporate Planning, General Manager - Product Planning, General Manager, Mahindra-Ford
Project, and Treasurer. He was appointed as President, IT Sector in 1999. The IT
Sector includes Tech Mahindra (focused on the telecom vertical) and Bristlecone
(focused on supply chain consulting and ERP). Tech Mahindra was recently declared
as the successful bidder to acquire a controlling stake in Satyam Computer Services.
Ulhas is also responsible for Mahindra SIRF, the Corporate VC activity of the Mahindra
Group.
Ulhas previously worked with GKN Automotive Inc., USA as Director of Finance and
later with GKN Invel Transmissions Ltd., New Delhi as General Manager - Commercial.
He also worked with The Standard Batteries Ltd., Mumbai as Vice President - Industrial.
Ulhas is a member of the Managing Committee of Harvard Business School (India) Research
Center, a member of the Board of Governors of The Mahindra United World College
of India, a Trustee of the K. C. Mahindra Education Trust and a Trustee of the Mahindra
Foundation.
Ulhas has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian
Institute of Technology, Madras and Master in Business Administration from the Harvard
Business School.

Ms. UMA RANJIT MALHOTRA
Ms. Uma Malhotra set up a Play School in 1985 called First Steps. Prior to this
she used to work as a teacher in West Wind Nursery School. Her experience and qualifications
in the teaching sector make her an invaluable member of the Trust.

Ms. LEENA LABROO
Ms. Leena Labroo, graduated from University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. with a specialisation
in Mass Communcations. She is currently working with Youthreach in New Delhi, an
NGO whose vision is to inspire individual and collective transformation to create
positive social change. She is also a trustee of the Shantidevi Charitable Trust
and is involved with the work being done at the grassroots level with disadvantaged
children in the area of education. In the past she has been a director with PSL
McCann and has worked with Sista's Advertising Agency and MARG.

MS. SHEETAL MEHTA
Sheetal Mehta, is the Executive Director, K. C. Mahindra Education Trust
since 2001. She is also Chief - CSR Initiatives, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and
as a member of the CSR Council, is responsible for following the CSR Ethos developed
by the management and developing a strategy in line with this which ties in with
employees engagement opportunities. Sheetal is currently a member of the CII National
Committee on Primary Education and Literacy and the CSR Committee of Bombay Chamber
of Commerce & Industry. Her other current positions include Managing Trustee
of Mahindra Foundation India, President Mahindra Foundation USA and Trustee &
President, Mahindra Education Society which looks after 2 schools.
Prior to assuming her current role she was handling marketing functions at the Mahindra
Group. She has graduated in Psychology, Sociology & Economics from St. Xavier's
College, Mumbai and has attended a number of executive development courses and marketing
management courses at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Calcutta
and National University of Singapore, Singapore including a course on Strategic
Perspectives in Nonprofit Management at Harvard Business School.
